Shipping locations & rates

Delivery is overnight (same day in some locations) via courier, right to your doorstep. Someone will need to be home to make sure the flowers get placed in water as soon as possible! It's important to schedule your flowers to arrive a couple of days before your wedding, to allow the flowers time to open up, and to give wiggle room for the (super small slim chance) that there is a shipping delay.

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event to ensure your flowers are reserved. Schedule your delivery to arrive 2–3 days before your wedding — this gives the flowers time to open up fully and allows a small buffer in case of any courier delays.

It is highly recommended to have someone at home to receive your flowers, as it is up to the shipper's discretion if they will leave the flowers on your front porch, or return them to the depot for delivery the next day (an additional fee might apply for this). If you have to leave the house for any reason, we suggest leaving a note on your front door.

Your flowers are living things and need to be put in water ASAP, so leaving them waiting may cause them to die.

Unfortunately not — we ship exclusively via courier from our warehouse network across Canada. Our warehouses are large industrial distribution hubs (a genuine hive of floral activity!) and aren't set up for walk-in visits.

Our HQ is based in Victoria, BC and our warehouses and staff are located all across Canada in a plethora of distribution hubs. Our warehouse network means our flowers spend minimal time in transit so they arrive to you quickly and in peak condition!

Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday only — not on weekends or statutory holidays. If your wedding falls the day after a stat holiday and your area is an overnight delivery, there can be a logistical limitation with courier pickup. If this applies to you, get in touch and we'll work out a plan together.

Couriers deliver between 9 am and 5 pm. Delivery is most commonly between 11 am and 2 pm. If you're feeling anxious on delivery day, drop us an email — we're always happy to help track things down.

We take the quality of every order seriously. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us at hello@youfloral.ca as soon as possible with photos and we will make it right. Your wedding day matters too much for anything less.
